Black and Black Guarantee
All Black and Black instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. In addition, the insert material is guaranteed against wear under normal use for five years on and one year on Onyx Line needle holders and forceps and a one-year on Onyx Line scissors.
Regardless of age, if any Black and Black instrument needs service, return it to your authorized Black and Black dealer, or contact Black and Black directly. If the instrument is under guarantee, it will be repaired at no charge when requested in writing. A nominal service charge will be made for repaired instruments outside the guarantee.
Note: Guarantee is void if instruments are repaired by any other repair service or are subjected to abuse.
Stille Guarantee
For a period of 10 years after purchase Stille will replace or repair a damaged instrument free of charge is the damage is found to have been caused by a defect in materials or workmanship. The instruments must be used for their intended purpose, cared for and stored correctly. Any claims must be done in writing within 30 days of the date the damage occurs. The warranty does not include wear and tear.
NexEdge Guarantee
Insect material is guaranteed against wear under normal use for two years on RASP and one year on osteotomes.
