Registration
If you are a registered user of our site, you will be asked at the top of our homepage to sign in. Or, you can register now. Benefits of registration include an improved shopping experience as well as the opportunity to receive information regarding new instrumentation, special offers, and key industry events.
As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:
- Your name and e-mail address.
- A password and password hint, to help you in case you can't remember your password during future visits.
You will also have the opportunity to fill out a customer profile. Please feel free to complete the questions to help us learn more about you. Your answers will ultimately help us improve your shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties. Black and Black's strictly adheres to its privacy policy.
Account name
Your account (or user) name is simply your e-mail address.
Forgotten Password
If you have a Black & Black account and you have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. On the Sign In page, simply enter your email address and click on the "I forgot my password" link. We will first provide you with your password hint. If you still cannot remember your password or you do not have a password hint, click on the "email my password to me" link, and we will immediately email your password to the email address on your Black & Black account. For security reasons we will delete all of your saved credit card information when we email your password to you.
