Stille enters into a franchise contract with the American company Black & Black

Stille AB (publ), listed on First North, has concluded an agreement in principle with Black & Black Inc (B & B), Atlanta GA, USA. The agreement concerns a franchise contract whereby B & B will market Stille's plastic surgery instruments in the North American market.

B & B is owned and managed by Norman Black, a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience from a number of leading positions within the medical technology industry. Among other things, during the 1990s Black developed Snowden Pencer into a leading player within the plastic surgery segment.

Norman Black's long experience of the industry is a guarantee that in B & B Stille is acquiring the right partner within the plastic surgery segment. The market for plastic surgery in the USA is largely separate from the rest of the health care market and we are therefore choosing to develop the potential of the Stille brand within plastic surgery with a specialised partner, says Anders Weilandt, CEO for Stille.

"It is very stimulating for us at Black & Black that we now are able to represent Stille, a world leading brand, in North America. Stille's excellent reputation and quality, in conjunction with our experience of the plastic surgery market means that we can now market the best instruments to surgeons," says Norman Black, CEO for Black & Black.
