Product Delivery
Shipments are FOB Destination, Freight prepaid and added.
Terms: Net 30. Any invoice that is paid past its due date will be assessed interest at a rate of 1 ½% monthly (or 18% annual) rate.
Black & Black shall use all reasonable efforts to fill orders, but B&B shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays caused by a shortage of raw materials, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, act of regulatory agencies, discontinuation of a product line, Acts of God or causes beyond its control.
The method of shipping is determined by the customer. We typically ship by UPS or Fed-Ex. Delivery for most items is with 10 days.
