- What must I do to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
- Please call Customer Service at 770-414-4880 or toll-free at 1-877-252-2517 to request an RMA number. The instruments must be inspected before credit can be issued. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to process credits.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- Black & Black accepts the following forms of payment: business check, international bank wire, and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. For online orders, a valid credit card is required to complete any transaction.
- Will my credit card be charged immediately?
- Yes, as soon as your order is submitted. If there is any difficulty in filling your order immediately, we will contact you regarding your order.
