Combination instrument makes it possible to dissect subperichondrial or subperiosteal flaps without having to switch between elevator and suction making the procedure faster, cleaner and more efficient. Additionally, the instrument is long enough to reach all the way back to the choana and strong enough to elevate palatal flaps in cleft palate work.
